is it possible to send the "webcam-grabbed" images on a server to a client?

If there are any suggestions, let me know! THX!

Are you trying to upload images on a web server and then having multiple clients download the images to kind of simulate a web conference?

I know my classmate Menekis did something like this

The image on the left is the what is being sent to the server and the image on the right is what the client receives.
