here's a silly sketch i made last spring.

Lazy Lines for Astrid is an homage to screen printed furnishing fabric and pixel array image reading. 3 compositional elements respond to values found in each pixel of an image. This piece draws from ceb reas's PixelArray Processing example (2002), and a textile design by Astrid Sampe (1954).
