Silly miss in run-expert.bat 0087

In the run-expert.bat file, the "start javaw -ms128m -mx128m processing.app.Base" row is REM'd. Or maybe it's a deliberate double check feature so that only MS Certified Notepad Expert users are able to run this download. Smiley

whups, it's supposed to be just like run.bat, where one line is the java version and the other line is the javaw version, and one is REM'd out. i've fixed for 0088.
