For Mac OS X, users' projects should be in: ~/Documents/Processing/ However, documentation should be in either of: ~/Library/Application Support/Processing/ Processing.app/Contents/Resources/

(of course if the target audience were people who were already medium-to-advanced programmers, then i'd definitely ask where to put things first.)

I think I'd have to agree with Pollux here. I still don't understand though, what's wrong with letting you save your project to a location just like any other software? Surely if someone has used a computer enough to drag and drop P5 onto their computer 'somewhere', they probably have enough know-how to pick a directory and click the save button. I know I find it extrememly frustrating navigating to my sketchbook folder anytime I want to add a picture or font to a project. (c:\processing\0060\sketchbook\default\project\data ?? And that's just with it placed straight off the c:\ folder.. Never mind c:\documents and settings\user\my documents\etc.) EDIT: Another thing I've just thought of: In many educational environments (such as the one I'm sitting in) users are denied access to the hard disk of their workstation, and have to save all documents to a network folder or somesuch. Just something to consider.

Noticed that someone was using 0062.. I'm like, "Woah, I just downloaded 0060!".. So read the release notes. I see that my issues have pretty much been addressed. And I feel bad because it came out on the 24th and I posted that last one on the 25th. Forgive me.
