HELP!: Arduino heart rate sensor
So I am pretty new to coding and Arduino, but really wanted to do this project. I got the Arduino and processing code elsewhere, and I have an Uno. Every time I try to run the Processing sketch, it does one of these things: 1) nothing, 2) flashes the "L" led ( it does this all of time, though), 3) sets the heart rate to something like 700 bpm, without me touching it. Also, at the bottom of the sketch it usually says Error, disabling serialEvent() for /dev/.cu.usbmodem621. THANKS SO MUCH to anyone who can help.
