Plotting 3d-points
Dear all interested readers,
I found data of space debris looking like this:
5.83E+03,4.39E+03,-4.18E+03
8.41E+03,-5.15E+03,-1.16E+03
1.68E+03,-5.05E+03,3.96E+03
-6.37E+03,-1.57E+03,2.94E+03
-5.36E+03,-6.89E+03,1.21E+03
-2.42E+03,7.06E+03,1.16E+03
-4.04E+03,4.90E+03,-3.44E+03
4.48E+03,3.44E+03,-4.46E+03
-5.76E+03,-2.44E+03,3.36E+03

I don't understand the things like E+03 etc. What does this tell us about the location? I would like to understand how the data can be read.

E+03 means multiply number by 10^3! This is called scientific notation: :>
