Can someone make me a simple sketch? (Color Organ)
can someone make me a sketch "color organ" that displays 3 colors (rgb) for low, mid and high frequency... The sound is computer's sound...

pls look in the examples for sound / midi - there's all you need
prepare a sketch and ask here when you have a question...

I just don't know where to start... I would like to monitor the audio from the computer and send it to the arduino... I would need 3 data's, (0-255) for low, mid and high frequency.

Why somebody would code something for you? If there is a financial reward, I will move this to the Events & Opportunity category. Otherwise, you should start by learning Processing yourself.
As a rule, we avoid making homework in place of students.
