Emotions recognition from Speech
Hi there!
I am trying here to built a robot that recognises emotions from speech and look for processing possibilities on sound analysis. Speech recognition and Eliza library i already got, and need smth that provides speech spectrum analysis, through loudness, speed, pitch and etc. Best case is to interpret emotions from sound and words. Didn't really find anything on the forum, so wonder if there is anybody else who did it already with Processing directly?
I also found that it is possible to recognise emotions from speech using OpenSMILE open source code http://web.stanford.edu/class/cs224s/hw/openSMILE_manual.pdf http://en.sourceforge.jp/projects/sfnet_opensmile/
However I don't know how to connect OpenSmile with Processing, if there is an interface for it?
Anybody interested in collaborating? Or just in giving an advice?
