Contributed libraries?
Maybe I'm just having a blind moment, but where are the contributed library links now?

Well, indeed, the links to each site are gone. They are now in the Library Manager (Sketch > Import Library) in the PDE. A bit less transparent.
This has happened before I suspect the cause is something similar and they will come back eventually.
They are back online, but not in the PDE. We're working on it...
