MAC Address from Local Network

Hi

I would appreciate if someone has any tips to share on this subject:

• Scan local network and identify the currently connected devices
• Get the MAC addresses of these devices

I recall this topic has been raised in one of the old forums, try searching from the main site.

Of course, for such question, a Google (or Bing, Yahoo!, etc., whatever is your preference) search with Java as topic (instead of pure Processing) can lead to good answers.
