Anyone using Fire-i video camera with Processing V. 2 on Windows?
I am a Mac person and have used the unibrain Fire-i video camera for video work in Processing for several years. I have some students using their Window-based laptops that have a 4-pin Firewire input, and am seeking to learn 1. If anyone knows for certain that this camera can or cannot be used on a Windows machine with Processing and 2. If they could tell me how to do it.
I know the 4-pin firewire cable does not power the camera from the connected PC, but I have the appropriate external power supply (wall wart) to power the camera.
