That's a difficult problem. The field of computer vision is quite vast.
I would avoid doing this in Processing, and instead switch to Python and use Tensor Flow. Mainly because it's what you need, but also because it's probably been done alrea oh yeah here it is: https://github.com/dpressel/rude-carnie
