Processing 3.3.7 start delayed

Hi, my name is Martin and i teache programming at an Austrian Gymnasium. So I wnated to start today with P3 and voila nothing works. The start of processing delays up to 30 sec. and no code is played. It just does nothing. We use i3, 4GB Ram, onboard graafics. Win 10 edu 32bit.

Does 3.3.6 work, or does it also fail?

Is there an error message in the console when code fails to play? Does a blank window pop up, and does the play button light?

Proxy settings, firewall or antivirus sw have been found to be culprits in other occasions. I suggest searching in Google: "Processing start delayed" and hopefully you can access some of those previous posts in the forum.

Hi, Google-search didn´t show any googd results. Yes it also occures in Version 3.3.6. Just the Windows-Defender is running. But it also is on my Surface and home PC and there everythimg is working fine. Thanks Martin

Hi, so I think I´ve found out the Problem: I can´t use P3 with Domain users. So I give my students a local user and things should work fine. Thanks for help, Maritn

Are you referring to a network setting or a setting in your OS environment?

Still dealing with super long startup delays and locking up here. Re-installing, at least by deleting the processing folder doesn't help.
