Webcam stuck on after application crash (Windows 10 Surface)
Hi there,
I'm playing with some OpenCV examples and using the webcam. A couple of times when the application has crashed the webcam has become stuck associated with the java process previously running. The light indicating the camera is active remains on and other applications cannot use the camera.
This question may be better asked in a Windows/Java forum but I thought I'd try here first. I'm not that familiar with Windows at a process level so any advice gratefully received.
