Processing support POE(Power-over-Ethernet) CAMERA?
Maybe. What are you trying to do with it? If you don't give us any details, well, we can;t really give you an answer. Supports how?

I am afraid you are misusing the term POE:

If your external camera a POE type? Are you able to tap into the video feed of this camera using the camera drivers? (First step)
Does the capture library recognize your camera when using println(Capture.list());? (Second step)
println(Capture.list());
Can you display your image when loading the right camera in Processing? (Step 3)
Notice these are standard steps to see if a camera is recognized in the PDE. This applies to any external cameras.
To answer your question, you can use any external camera only if it is supported by your PC/laptop and you have the proper drivers.
Kf
that is not possible to use poe camera in processing....
