Create a Chalk Outline around images

Hi there We have some images of people in different positions and we were looking to add an effect like a chalk outline (like if they were dead bodies, and the police had draw around them) But we didn't wanted it to be to close to the image, we want it to be a bit more loose. We have already managed to take the background out of the image (here in black), but now we wanted to draw the red line around it (well, somewhat similar to the red line in the image in example)

Any ideas?
