One suggestion that I have is to change the default location of the starting blocks on the canvas. At present the blocks are always covered by the menu element when the page loads. Chrome (Version 60.0.3112.101 (Official Build) (64-bit) -- OS X 10.12.6

I changed the file layout of the source code simple. It became easier to use another application.
