Hello, This is Moe, visual artist and theater director. I have been checking some really great generative artworks made by processing- like this sort of dot or line shapes or a face made by connected dots- I don't know what is the right term, but I guess you know what I mean. moreover, i have noticed that you can do video interaction and live interaction with processing and that is very important for theater work. now the thing is I have no prior knowledge in coding, I tried to learn HTML but I sucked big time at it ( sorry for the language), however, processing has grabbed my attention. so is there a way to learn how to use processing during a performance or how to make generative art? how deep do I have to go in coding?
any tips and advice can be really helpful.
Thank you

Thank you very much
I recommend shiffman's video on YouTube.

A "mesh" -- see the processing Mesh library for connected dots.

...although I recommend starting with basic tutorials and examples first, as that is somewhat advanced!
