Hello sir, I am student of Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad .Sir i have basic knowledge of coding in c and java and some bit of sql so sir can i participate in GSoC 2017. Sir i belong to that country where your type of organisaton is really needed. from Prajwal Kumar singh

Firstly, GSoC is Google Summer of Code. So you can find more information on the Google website.
Secondly, Indians are eligible, as long as they are qualify the other eligibility conditions. So your country wouldn't be a problem.
