App for Nexus 7 crashing when camera added to code

Every time i try and run app. Installs with no bugs or no errors but it just crashes the app instantly everytime. Without camera code, it runs perfectly.

    Are you using the Ketai library? Can you provide any other information? Do you, perhaps, need to enable the CAMERA permission (Android > Sketch Permissions from the PDE)?
