An icon representing my sketch appears in the task bar but nothing further, can somebody help me?

When i write code, press play, an icon representing my sketch appears in the task bar but not a single thing on the screen, i even copied and pasted the code from the book, can somebody help me please?

Thanks, the strange thing is when i came back the next day and put the code from the link in there, it ran. Then i put in my code and it ran to. Not sure what happened.

Processing keeps its window's coordinates in a file called "preferences.txt".
Perhaps there was a time you closed the program while its window was outside the desktop screen and those wrong coordinates got stuck. ~:>
Then my own example, due to use of "--location=", reset PDE's coordinates back to the visible desktop. O:-)
