"SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host" when flagging post

I've tried a couple times to flag a post, but when I hit the "Flag this" button, I get the error message "SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host"

(If there's a better place to report forum bugs, let me know.)
