newbie (p5.js / processing.js differences)

I d'ont really get the difference between P5.js & processingJS. somebody can enlight me plz ?
P5JS is a javascript library whereas PorcessingJS is a solution to put processing sketch on the web ?

Both are JS libraries. But Pjs functions more like some Java to JS syntax transpiler.
While p5.js is a Processing reboot as JS syntax. ~O)
