Skeletal animations with OBJ in Processing?

Hi guys, is there a way to make skeletal animations in Processing of a OBJ that I create in Cinema4D? I have a Kinect and I want to make real time animations for an installation, I think the best way is to use Unity but I don't know how Unity works, so if I can make it in Processing it would be better.
