Any chance that Python mode can be made to work in Jupyter?
I see the Calysto project has a Processing kernel for Jupyter that looks slick: https://github.com/Calysto/calysto_processing
But it seems to be based on Java Processing. I've been doing a ton of work within Jupyter notebooks using Python, and having Processing available for interactive canvases would be fantastic.
(I just reinstalled Processing after leaving it aside for a while, I'm excited to find the Python mode so functional, but I'm finding I keep going back and forth between testing code in Jupyter and running it in Processing.)

Python Mode is implemented in Java, and uses the same Java runtime as Processing, so I think the answer to your question is "no".
