We are about to switch to a new forum software. Until then we have removed the registration on this forum.
At our school, we're trying to engage our high school students in creative coding via Processing 3.0. We are thinking to have Processing produce a .STL file of the student's design and have the 3D printer create what they code. Has anyone had any experience with that pathway? We'd be keen to hear of any pitfalls, or advice about the best way to go about it.
Thanks
Graeme

I did that once ages ago but I send my STL to a company which did the 3D printing.
I would probably export to meshlab to check for holes in the object you want to print.
