How to adjust PDF size?

I need to make an 11x17 inch PDF. How do I plug that size into Processing?

Sorry if this is a lame question, I'm super new to this.

I use a converter on the net and the result is 1056x1632 pixels. But you can work smaller with the same proportion if it's too big. And after you can open it in inkscape or illustrator and adapt to the final size.
