Surface(win8.1) and Video library doesn't work... why?!?!?!
Hi.
I'm currently working on some application development with window tablet.
In code, I want to use camera and video function.
with my colleague's tablet(Samsung) and my lap top(gigabyte-win7) works easily,
but only my tablet PC (Surface3) doesn't work at all.
I've tried 1.5.1, 2.0.3, 2.1.1, 2.1.3, 2.2.1 with 32,64 version (though, I need 32 version)
when I run the "example code", run button comes yellow as usual, but there is no other respond. (2.0 and 2.2)
I've tried GSvideo library, It capture's the camera(front and back), but no images on the screen(flat gray)
captured camera list is : Intel avstream camera Intel avstream camera
i think it's surface's problem? or missing drivers...
please help me.

i have the same problem, it seems that the problem is win8, were you able to solved it?
