You don't. This is to prevent people from cheating on their homework.
It also has something to do with the fact that answers to your questions may be helpful to others looking for answers. 42, guys!
If you really want to have it deleted then message a moderator and ask them to do it for you (I can delete something if you need it done)
In the past this used to be an option. However, as TfGuy44 mentioned, usually the only people who did it were students who asked others to help with homework and then wanted to avoid leaving traces probably because they were afraid of being caught
