Custom "librarish" tabs
May 22nd, 2010, 6:02pm

Hi everyone,

As I progress in my Processing, I create more and more handy functions and classes, currently stored in separate sketch folders. I've compiled a library from them in Eclipse, but this library structure isn't quite working for me.

The way I would like it is to setup the IDE to open certain .pde files in secondary tabs, standard with any new sketch. This way I can still alter a "functions tab" to fit the needs of a particular project.

Does this make any sense?

Not far from an old suggestion of mine...
Easier code reuse in Processing

Indeed, not far at all. You may delete this post as I'll write some supportive comment on yours.  Smiley
