Twitter Users Visualization

Hi, i just wanted to share this visualization I created with processing

http://vizgeek.com/2010/05/20/mobile-twitter-users/

A point is drawn on the map for every twitter user with latitude/longitude coordinates in their profile's location field (mostly mobile users) and is based on this dataset: http://infochimps.org/datasets/twitter-census-twitter-users-by-location.

This is the first time I use processing. It is really remarkable how easy it was to code the processing script (code available) that generated the image. I now understand the value of processing.

I hope you like it!

For a first sketch done in processing... wow.

You should post this on www.openprocessing.org
