Running an app on the Nokia N900
Mar 4th, 2010, 11:20am

I have seen people using an N900 to control arduino, but I'm wondering about running a Processin App on the device. I made a test app, exported as a Linux app, sent it over and tried to run it, but got stuck in some sort of permissions issue. I rooted in and chmodded the file, but it's still not running.

The N900 runs a flavor of Linux, and is quite open (a terminal is a standard app) so I was hoping this would work fairly easily.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!  Smiley

Try running an applet in the browser : does it work

Otherwise, maybe Mobile Processing could help
