Fourier and other Transforms in images...

Are there commands / libraries which one can use to calculate FourierTransforms (not only FastFourierTransforms), Hough-Transforms etc. in Processing? If so, could one please post a short example of using them.
I've read elsewhere that the Minim (sound) library has some FFT capability, could one post a quick example applying it to an image? (And how does one deal with complex-values images in Processing in general?)

I am not 100% sure if this posting should be moved to "library" questions... It depends on if there are "standard" commands for this stuff or not...
