Opera, painting, and Processing - live

Hi everyone,

Opera singer and visual artist Jenny Kosmosky is exhibiting and performing in Bradford, UK this spring. Since working with UniversalEverything (MTV, OneDotZero) she has been interested in Processing and is hoping to network with processing fans who would like to modify her artworks or soundtrack for inclusion within the exhibition.

The exhibition will include 12 canvasses (to be made available soon) and 12 musical scores composed to sit with the visuals. There will be headphones on which you can listen to the sounds, and there will also be an event in a 300 seater theatre where the visuals will be projected and accompanied by live opera singing and a full orchestra.

We are hoping that members of the Processing community will be inspired by the artwork and music and interested in experimenting with them any way they choose.

If you are interested in finding out more about this exciting project at the Bradford Playhouse, please e-mail adam@bradfordplayhouse.co.uk and we'll get in touch.
