Using Eclipse on Fedora 11- only see small window

I have a sketch that I moved into the processing IDE. It works fine on Windows and I think I worked on it with Mac too. When I work on it in Linux, the sketch pops open a 480x620 window like I tell it to, but only the upper left corner is displayed! Has anyone else ever seen this?
Any ideas on what is going on, or how I can investigate the problem and figure it out myself?

I have worked on netBeans between windows and fedora and have not seen the problem. sure you have the same version of Java on both?
