[webcam] capture shape and expand?

Hi, I am doing a project using a webcam.

I want to capture the black silhouette from the white background

and draw the outline of something on top of the video.

Then I want the black silhouette to expand to the outline that is drawn. (fill the outline)

I made it possible to draw on top of the video.  Is there code that I can use to capture the silhouette and expand it to the outline that I draw?

you can use one of the blob detection libraries vailable. one would be
http://s373.net/code/flob/flob.html
but also openCV http://ubaa.net/shared/processing/opencv/opencv_blobs.html
