Overlapping sounds

Hi guys,

Does anyone know of the best sound library to use (if any) to get overlapping sounds?

What I mean is that I want to be able to start a new sound playing when another sound is already being played, and not have the current sound stop any other sounds. *phew*

I hope that makes sense! I have played around with most of the sound libraries mentioned on the libraries page, but couldn't get this functionality to work.
