I completed my first art piece using processing. It must be stated that I am a complete noob, so the visuals I am creating are of a very beginner standard. However to me it's not so important my level of expertise. Moreso the aesthetic that is employed, and the will to begin with this medium and the desire to continue learning and creating with it. It's one thing for me to create mere frivolous code, but to begin to comment on it, to place it in relation to other objects outside itself, and, in the main, to create art.

The beginning of the vid is a bit fuzzy, I didn't see what was up in the first 50 seconds or so. You're right about it not being very impressive coding, but the installation itself is interesting. I really like the idea of the living (fish) combined technology. Maybe you can try to make your next installation interactive; like for instance the colors of the background change based on the position of the fish.
