Hey Nathan,

We made last year's "Growth Networks" series of games with processing. I've since moved to SF, though, so I won't be showing anything this time around.

Looking through the artists who are showing in interactive, none of them stand out as likely candidates. Most seem to be doing participatory performance art.

In the Project Glow category, however, Soyoung Park (an ITP grad) is displaying a sound-responsive environment. It's tagged with both max/msp and processing on her blog. Check it out on her web-page:
