Cool stuff =) Have you considered making it interactive at all? Perhaps even just having the user able to choose from a range of images to be drawn by pressing a button?

The only interactive control in generative-figurative art that I might be interested in incorporating would be an abstraction level slider, where one could adjust between random and figure. This could be made interesting by abstracting the form of a photograph at different levels. Like an adjustable generative cubism. I still have a lot to learn about what can be done with Processing.
