what browser do you use? I have Opera and in works fine.

IE on vista, also tried firefox, same problem, i seem to be able to load up other sketches here though.

maybe the problem is in the java version. this sketch works on java 1.5, and I have problems running it with java 1.4

I am really glad you've solved the problem! (what was it?)
yeah, controlp5 is good and very helpful when you have params to control.
by the way, your 'Music Is Math' sketch inspired me very much.
