Any computer will do the job since Processing is based on Java and Java is cross-platform. Just install Processing and run your code.

Reply #2 - Aug 5th, 2008, 4:59am   A Windows XP machine with a fast processor and decent graphics card is most ideal: http://processing.org/reference/environment/platforms.html And for what it's worth, multi-core machines won't make much difference unless you're using multiple threads in your code.

The Dell beasts we had had loads of graphics card issues. I'm on an Asus laptop with XP and it seems to poot along fine.
