Permissions problem i think...

Hi there! I'm a designer and don´t know much about coding but love processing and all the things it can acheive but i am having trouble exporting my animations as video! I get this error:

quicktime.std.StdQTException[QTJava:7.4.5g],-5000=afpAccessDenied,QT.vers:7458000
at quicktime.std.StdQTException.checkError(StdQTException.java:38)

which I think is a permissions error is that right? but I don´t know how to solve it I know it may be a stupid question but I have searched and found nothing (I think precisely because of the simpleness of it) any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
