Request, of sorts.

Hi all.

I've been noodling with Processing for a bit, have the books, can see the potential, just need to find the time.  Anyway, I am a VDMX user and can see the potential of having VJ software read JAR files so I can make my audio reactive Processing content interact with my VJ software.  I put this to the Vidvox team whose reply was:

"Hey larky,

Not the first time this request has come up (http://www.vidvox.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=2016 I think was the last discussion on it). Processing is really cool, and if the the folks developing it want to release an API and sample code for 3rd party developers to work with their engine we'd certainly look into it.

Is their request possible?  Could we see you guys and them hooking up for some code interfacing? Smiley  Processing with VDMX would probably make me, and others, wet themselves.  It would certainly create the best visual tool for Mac bar none, can't hurt to try.

Take care.

Andrew.

I´m hooking up on this request. I have only seen some of what´s capable to do with processing, not tapped in to it my self yet, and it looks amazing. In connection with VDMX it could make the ultimate platform for development of live video and graphics.

Please make this possible! It will blow minds! Smiley
