can you post the complete message?
what os (win/os-x/linux) are you working on?

this sounds like a known problem on windows where the username has non-ascii characters in it:
http://dev.processing.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=49

if that's the case try creating a user only with ascii characters on your computer and run processing from that account.

i'm vista 32bit user
if runnig all examples
always occured error message that
"C:/Users/??????/AppData/Local/Temp/build31249.tmp/Temporary_8132_439.java" was not found.

i installed java and quicktime

what's wrong

I agree with fjen, and i have encountered like your message.
dont use the Chinese(/Japanese) character id for logging to your pc.
