Tracking motion with reference frame (JMyron)

I just started in Processing, but I want to make the next thing: I want to detect and track motion. I want to pick a frame and then compare another frame to it to see if some pixels changed. Could someone give me some advice on this on how to start, I played a bit with JMyron, but couldn't get it working.

the "CameraAsMouse" example does exactly this.
are you getting an error message when trying to run the JMyron examples?
