Sending all-notes-off with ProMIDI?

How is this done?

Basically I want to put in a stop handler in my program that will make sure all MIDI is stopped before the program stops.

I understand how to make a stop event handler, but how do I send all-notes-off from ProMIDI?

There is no way to do that in the proMIDI version that is online. But I can mail you the new version that can send note offs.
