I am currently using an iSight and iBot for video tracking but would like something with more options.

What is a good camera with an optical zoom, decent res/framerate, and preferably a manual focus?  I was looking at security cameras attached to a video board, but would like something that is Firewire or USB 2.0 so I have one less piece of equipment.

I am using a Mac.  Thanks for any suggestions.
