jEdit Edit Mode XML Definition Update

I made an update to toxi's jEdit edit mode XML definition for Processing source files (see original post: http://www.toxi.co.uk/blog/2005/08/using-jedit-as-external-code-editor.htm).

I'm not sure how many of you use jEdit as an external editor for Processing, but if you do, this will probably come in handy for syntax highlighting since the language changed a little bit in the last couple revisions.

I might be doing a thing or two to that domain and content, so if there's a more appropriate place to house the XML file and instructions for installation, please let me know.
