Adjusting Camera In Presentation Mode?

Hi,
I have written a video tracking program and need to show it in a gallery space (full screen presentation mode). I use cam.settings() to bring up the adjustments for the Isight camera when running directly from processing - but am unable to do so in presentation mode or as an application. (it just doesn't come up, or maybe it comes up behind the window.. I'm not sure..

Does anyone know if this is possible? I'm feeling rather frustrated at the moment.
